Refund and Returns Policy – Trapstar Australia

At Trapstar Australia, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy explains your options.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at sales@trapstarclothau.store before sending back the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@trapstaraustralia.au within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
